BigMeats has positions available for experienced knife hands, experienced with pork and beef production. With the prospect of becoming a qualified slaughterer. Working Monday to Friday commencing work at 6am. Wage will vary on skill and qualifications.
The primary role of knife hand will be to perform skilled knife hand jobs on Beef and pork productions to a safe and hygienic standard. Ensuring product is of highest quality and does not jeopardise food safety.
- High work ethic.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Q-fever vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated prior to induction.
- Must be fit and able to complete minimum 8-hour shift for 5 days a week.
