BigMeats has positions available for experienced Slicers, primary beef boning room, but also pork production. Working Monday to Friday commencing work at 6am. Wage will vary on skill and qualifications.
The primary role of a Slicer is to ensure product is sliced to meet specifications safe and hygienically, while maintain a high level of quality, not jeopardising food safety and ensuring maximum yield.
- High work ethic.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Q-fever vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated prior to induction.
- Must be fit and able to complete minimum 8-hour shift for 5 days a week.
