Our paddock-to-plate Process
Our locally bred & fed livestock are hand selected from the North Burnett region.
The livestock are presented for processing at our Privately Family owned & operated abattoir
After carcase grading, bodies are selected individually by our sales team, before transporting using our own fleet of trucks & drivers.
We supply our product into select Butchers, IGA’s & Fresh & Save outlets all over Queensland.
Commenced grading MSA carcasses
Initially began marketing our MSA product under the existing carton packaging “Burnett’s Best”
Current senior salesman Gilbert Summers brought the idea forward to brand our MSA product
