BigMeats strive to be a market leader in quality, welfare and sustainability in the regional processing sector. We are committed and driven to supplying quality meat regionally as well as locally farmed produce to the Eastern states of Australia.
Our paddock-to-plate Process

Our locally bred & fed livestock are hand selected from the North Burnett region.

The livestock are presented for processing at our Privately Family owned & operated abattoir

After carcase grading, bodies are selected individually by our sales team, before transporting using our own fleet of trucks & drivers.

We supply our product into select Butchers, IGA’s & Fresh & Save outlets all over Queensland.
